Giant Steps Nursery at River Bourne Community farm is a private day nursery which opened in September 2016 and is operational from Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm for fifty one weeks of the year. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Laverstock, Giant Steps is set in the centre of the community farm where children’s learning is enriched through visits and outings to the surrounding barns and animals with access to tracks and fields to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding countryside, promoting learning through first hand experiences.

Access to the nursery is via a wooden ramp allowing inclusive access and within the building there are disabled facilities for staff, parents and children where all areas are equally accessible.
